Q: How does your deductible program work?

A: Your deductible savings depend on the total cost of the repair. In many cases, we’ve been able to save our customers their full deductible. However, we’ll first need to provide a free estimate to determine your exact savings.

Q: With so much damage to my vehicle, will it ever be the same again?

A: Absolutely. We restore all vehicles to their pre-accident condition, following manufacturer specifications. Your car will be refinished using factory-grade paint—the same type used by the original manufacturer—ensuring a seamless finish and lasting quality.

Q: My insurance company wants to total my vehicle, but I still owe more than their settlement offer. What are my options?

A: This situation—often called being “upside down” on your loan—means you owe more than the car is worth. In many cases, you can accept the insurance payout for the damage and then repurchase the vehicle from the insurance company. Every case is different, so be sure to speak with our team for personalized guidance.

Q: Do I have to get more than one estimate?

A: No. In the state of North Carolina, there is no law requiring you to get multiple estimates. If your insurance company asks for more than one, you can let them know you prefer to work with Master Collision Auto Service Inc. They can send their own adjuster to inspect the vehicle. If they provide an estimate, we’ll complete the repairs based on it and work directly with them if any additional costs (supplements) arise.
